Daniels will hit the reluctance of doctors led staff Cawley (Ben Kingsley) and Naehring (Max von Sydow), as we no longer account battalions of "patients" dangerous, and storm hits Shutter Island, electrified fences and destroy them a completely isolated the continent. Daniels and Chuck have a few days to discover the dark secrets of the sanatorium, but, above all, to survive and minds of the whole affair gloomy.
