Horton is determined to give a helping hand. Steve Carell is the voice of the Mayor of Who-ville, an invisible but still nice person that cares the town and the people who live in it. But evil Sour Kangaroo (Kangaroo cranky voice of Carol Burnett) wants to ensure that Who-ii of the past. Animated film is based on the 1954 novel written by Dr. Seuss and will be produced by Blue Sky Studios, 20th Century Fox being in charge of its marketing.
