Detective Tom Brant and his new comrade Porter Nash are charged by Inspector - Chief Roberts to resolve the case and to capture the killer who aims to become a celebrity in the British press by eliminating a large number of policemen, but mission is more difficult than it seems at first glance as though I guess the odd Barry Weiss is responsible for the murders, the two investigators have enough evidence to send him behind bars and are forced to release him from custody. Barry Weiss is not the only thorn in the ribs police unit led by Roberts, Brant accused of violent behavior after he attacked a psychiatrist, Porter Nash being gay, Elizabeth Falls as drug addiction and Chief Inspector Roberts drowning and sorrows in alcohol after his wife died in a car aciident.
